Where do your products come from?

We import all our products directly from France. Everything we sell in store and online is produced in France, with the exception of our hats and bags which are designed in France and handmade in Madagascar. We stand behind the products we stock and willingly share the story behind each product, and the company who produces them.

Do you ship Internationally?

We currently only ship within New Zealand, however we can ship Internationally on request. Contact us via email admin@sofrenchhome.co.nz for rates.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard. You also can checkout using your PayPal account. 

I've seen other products on social media but can't find them online. How do I purchase them?

We have a huge range of products in store at 10 Victoria Road, Devonport, Auckland. If you can't make it in store, contact us and we will send the product you are after to you.

When will my goods be shipped?

Your items will be shipped as soon as possible and should arrive with you within 2-4 business days. 

Can I  track my package?

Yes! Once we send your items we will send a tracking number so you can keep an eye on delivery.

I entered the wrong information on my order. How can I change this?

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been sent, we will have wait for it to be returned to us before we can re-ship it out. You will be liable for any additional shipping costs.

My order is a gift, will the package include pricing information?

Don’t worry – you will receive your invoice via email – our packages do not contain any pricing information.  

I want to purchase items as a wholesale. How do I do that?
